HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
To make a reservation, click the reserve button underneath the picture of the vehicle that you wish to rent. This will take you to the reservation request page that will ask for your contact and billing information and the dates that you wish to reserve the vehicle. When you have completed this information, hit submit, and that will start the reservation process. At that time, we will place a hold on your credit card for the rental amount and you will receive a Reservation Request Email.

WILL I GET THE SAME VEHICLE THAT I RESERVED ONLINE?
Yes. We guarantee that the vehicle that you selected during the reservation process will be the exact vehicle that you receive on the day your rental begins. We are very proud of our ability to provide our clients exactly what they want in an exotic car rental.

DO YOU OFFER HOURLY RENTALS?
No. We require that all of our rentals be at least a 24 hour period. This helps our clients avoid penalty charges. If our clients must have a shorter rental period, we ask them to speak with one of our customer service reps.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We have a 24-hour grace period for customers to cancel their reservations from the initial transaction. Afterwards, if the reservation is canceled seven or more days before the scheduled rental date, there will be no penalty. Cancellations occurring in less than seven days from rental date will be penalized with a fee equal to 50 percent of the rental value.

DO I NEED TO PURCHASE YOUR INSURANCE?
If you are a U.S. citizen that has car insurance that covers you for driving different vehicles, you will not need additional coverage. We will call your insurance provider to make sure that your policy covers you for the rental and is in good standing. We will help their international customers obtain insurance coverage for the rental period.

CAN I RENT ONE OF YOUR CARS IF I AM YOUNGER THAN 25 YEARS OLD?
If your insurance is in good standing, we will allow clients under the age of 25 to rent a vehicle as long as they are 21 years of age or older. However, an underage fee of 20 percent of the rental value will be applied to the overall cost of the vehicle. Please note that.

WHY DO I HAVE TO LEAVE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Due to the extremely high cost of the vehicles we offer, it is our policy to take a refundable security deposit for all of our rentals. The deposits are the same as the 24-hour rental price for that particular car. They can range from $299 – $2499 depending on the vehicle rented and level of insurance you carry. Even if you are only renting the car for 4 hours the security deposit will be the same as the 24-hour rental price. Rest assured, this is refunded in full once the vehicle has been returned to us and thoroughly inspected. If there are any additional mileage charges or minor damages, they are billed from your deposit and the balance is refunded back onto your credit card.

BUT I HAVE INSURANCE. WHY WOULD YOU BILL ME FOR DAMAGES?
We come across a lot of minor scuffs and scrapes on our cars when they go out on rentals – sometimes customers curb a wheel or scratch a front bumper. These repairs are quick and relatively inexpensive to make and are billed from the security deposit in order to minimize the amount of time the car is off the road. Once your invoice has been settled, you can of course make a claim to your insurance company to be reimbursed for any charges.
